Invasion of the Body Snatchers

OK, I have to say it. That Didier Drogba (ignoring his rolling-around-like-a-dying-fly act at Barcelona) has become a bit of a player, hasn't he. 10 goals thus far for Chelsea and he's even - whisper it - kept on his feet when challenged at least, um, twice this season.

When Chelsea bought him for £24million, it looked like madness. Now, he looks like he might just about be worth it.

Someone has obviously taken the real Drogba into hiding and replaced him with a footballer.

This, presumably, is the same someone that has hidden Kanu and replaced him with a goalscorer.

Check out his goalscoring stats for the last few seasons - he only got 5 in all of the last season and the season before he scored just 2. That means he's got as many goals already this season as he did in the last two years.

What is going on? Is it Aliens? If it is, I'd very much like them to kidnap this season's Robbie Keane and replace him with last season's. It's not too much to ask, is it?
